About Us
Following careers in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the owners of GMan Home Watch, Jorge “George” and Barbara Martinez moved to Florida. George and Barbara know the wonders of owning a vacation home. They also know the burdens of wondering from afar how well your home has weathered a recent storm. Worse yet, what it is like to return to your piece of paradise only to find damage due to broken pipes or air conditioning units. For the past two years, our neighbors have voted us a Neighborhood Favorite for Professional and Home Services!
What We Offer
GMan Home Watch dedicates its full attention to providing professional and honest services to meet each homeowner's personal needs. We offer variable service packages and visit schedules to accommodate your home watch preferences. We offer conceirage services for our clients such as: Vehicle start-up; forward mail and packages; provide access to repair or maintenance services; waiting services for repair, delivery, installation, and other vendors; monitor repairs or renovations including reports and photos of the progress and much more. Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. However, given the nature of our business, we are available after hours and weekends for scheduled additional services and emergencies that may arise.
